Synopsis: Strongly encouraged by an environmental protection program, Rendala and his clan left their native forest in southwest of Madagascar and the rest of the Mikea community to settle a few kilometers away. Biography: Multi-award winning documentary filmmaker, Alain is a sociologist. In 2008 he integrates the Ateliers Varan (Paris) and completes his self-learning in audio-visual directing. His films constantly reflects the fractures of Malagasy society with one point of view, that of the dignity of human beings.
